Your mission
The IT Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying prospects, understanding client needs, and offering tailored technology solutions and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a deep understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.


The role and responsibilities

 

In this role, your primary focus will be handling any requests in our sales cycle. Duties include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technology challenges, operational requirements, and business goals.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell technology solutions and managed services that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Sales Proposals & Presentations: Develop customized proposals, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and present solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and future business opportunities.
  • Market & Technology Awareness: Stay up to date on IT industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams, project managers, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and ongoing account success.
Your profile

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma, GED or Associate Degree in Sales, Account Management, Administration or similar
  • Language: Speaking and writing fluent English is a must
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
